Some changes

This mod was made when I was substantially less experienced with NTT modding. I've gone back and made some minor adjustments. As a result,

• the mod should run quite a bit faster;
• the mod should be multiplayer-compatible now, in the sense that every player gets their own area of visibility (I haven't tested this though!);
• the mod works properly with non-standard game sizes.

The caveat is that the mod now relies on functionality only available on newer (beta) versions of NTT, which is available on the Nuclear Throne Discord (discord.gg/nt). The old version remains available as a different file.
